Our role

Curated Homes is an authorised channel partner to multiple Gurgaon developers. We help buyers shortlist, book and complete the purchase of RERA-registered residential properties. We are not the developer, builder, owner or seller of any property listed on this site. The legal sale relationship is between you and the developer (for fresh allotments) or the seller (for resale transactions).

Information on this site

  • Project names, configurations, prices, possession dates, RERA registration details and amenities are sourced from the developer or owner at the time of listing. They can change without notice.
  • Pricing shown is indicative. Final pricing, taxes (GST, stamp duty), maintenance and other charges are set by the developer/owner and confirmed at the time of allotment or sale.
  • Renders, illustrations and brochures are the property of their respective developers, used here with their permission as part of our channel-partner relationship.
  • You should always independently verify the project's RERA registration on the Haryana RERA portal (haryanarera.gov.in) before paying any amount.

Brokerage

On original bookings from a builder, we charge zero brokerage from the buyer; we are compensated directly by the developer under the channel-partner agreement. On resale properties, we charge a flat 1% brokerage to the buyer. We will always confirm in writing which model applies before you commit to a transaction.
